Esmeralda Rosario is our Business Operations Manager. Esmeralda has a passion for exemplary customer service and is directly in charge of ensuring customer satisfaction is reached on every project completed by Luminous Builders LLC. Specifically, Esmeralda’s expertise is in developing strategies to increase our company’s brand awareness and developing a cohesive partnership with our community. Further, Esmeralda’s day-to-day tasks are heavily focused on running our company’s operations to ensure customers, personnel, vendors, and community partners are all valued as stakeholders. Esmeralda is a huge proponent of doing what is best for our stakeholders, as she firmly believes when one acts in the best interest of others, others will develop loyalty and trust in you. Esmeralda has an extensive background in compliance, risk management, project management, and marketing. In turn, Esmeralda attributes her success to three key skills; detail-oriented, organizational management, and cultural diversity. Outside of work, Esmeralda is an avid naturist.
