Our Process
Design
Our in-depth design process begins with a phone consultation to discuss your vision, project details, budget, and desired time-line. This is followed by a site visit to get a better understanding of the project site, take measurements and identify any potential challenges.
Develop
Luminous tailors its plan to your specific needs & high standards. Once the project proposal is developed we will review it with you and make any necessary adjustments until you are completely satisfied. Once approved, we will move forward with the project and begin the construction process.
Schedule
With your construction project underway Luminous Builders takes it from there. With the wealth of resources at our disposal you can be confident that Luminous will remain on budget and within schedule delivering exceptional service and results that exceed your expectations.

Aldo Arroyo
Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Aldo Arroyo is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Luminous Builders LLC. Aldo is a graduate of the University of Arizona where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and later a master’s degree in public administration.
Paola Arroyo
Owner and Chief Financial Officer
Paola is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and later completed a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on Financial Strategy.
Cris Arroyo
President
Cris has over 10 years of experience in operations, logistics, supervision, and project management in the areas of Building, Developing, Planning, Permitting, and Renewables. Cris commenced his career as a Site-Surveyor for a Solar Installer in the Valley and after several years of service, earned the opportunity to function in the role of Project Manager, Client Relations Manager, Director of Operations, Superintendent, and Managing Director.
Stanley Durman
Construction Manager
Stan has over 40 years of experience in both Commercial and Residential Construction and Project Management. Stan also is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor in several critical trade disciplines, including Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Restoration.
Esmeralda Rosario
Business Operations Manager
Esmeralda has a passion for exemplary customer service and is directly in charge of ensuring customer satisfaction is reached on every project completed by Luminous Builders LLC. Specifically, Esmeralda’s expertise is in developing strategies to increase our company’s brand awareness and developing a cohesive partnership with our community.
