Construction Manager
Stanley Durman is our Construction Manager. Stan has over 40 years of experience in both Commercial and Residential Construction and Project Management. Stan also is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor in several critical trade disciplines, including Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Restoration. At Luminous Builders LLC, Stan is directly in charge of our Construction team and Subcontractor division. Stan has had the privilege of supervising projects ranging from ten-thousand dollars to ten million dollars. Further, Stan remains highly proactive in policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure our company remains in the avant-garde of industry standards and beyond expectations. Above all, Stan contributes his excellence in the field to his faith and convictions and stands firm that Honesty and Integrity are paramount to a successful project, with no exceptions. Outside of work, Stan is a dedicated coach for Elementary Age Recreational Basketball and an avid wilderness enthusiast. Stan enjoys spending time with his wife of 44 years, hiking, fishing, sightseeing, and rock hounding.
